Torsional vibration damping system for use in drive train of vehicle, has phase shifter arrangement and coupling arrangement axially arranged at distance to each other such that passage area is formed for torque-transferring element
The system (10) has an inlet area (30) and an outlet area (40) rotated around a rotational axis (A), and a torque transmission path (27) arranged parallel to another torque transmission path (26). A coupling arrangement (44) is connected with the outlet area for overlapping torques conducted over the transmission paths. A phase shifter arrangement (43) is provided for the latter path. The phase shifter arrangement and the coupling arrangement are axially arranged at a distance to each other such that a passage area is formed for a torque-transferring element i.e. drive shaft.
