The vehicle has a rear flap (1) closed by a drive (5) and connected to a body (2) of the vehicle in a pivotable manner by a circular arc-shaped hinge bracket (3). An end section of a movable, non-rotatable tape (4) i.e. belt strap, is connected to the hinge bracket, where another end section of the tape is connected to the drive such that the drive pivots the rear flap from an opening position to a closed position in an external power-operated manner when the drive is moved to the tape. The tape extends in a plane of the hinge bracket, where the drive wounds the tape on a winding shaft (6).
