The flouring apparatus comprises: a flour reservoir having a filling portion (37) with a filling nozzle for filling flour, and a delivery portion with a through hole for the delivery of the flour from the flour reservoir; a conveying device for promoting the flour convey between the filling portion and the delivery portion; and a drive motor (27), which is connected with the conveying device. The conveying device comprises two screws (48, 49), which are arranged in a conveyance direction (52) next to each other. The flouring apparatus comprises: a flour reservoir having a filling portion (37) with a filling nozzle for filling flour, and a delivery portion with a through hole for the delivery of the flour from the flour reservoir; a conveying device for promoting the flour convey between the filling portion and the delivery portion; and a drive motor (27), which is connected with the conveying device. The conveying device comprises two screws (48, 49), which are arranged in a conveyance direction (52) next to each other. The conveying device comprises a brush that engages with an inner wall (51) of the flour reservoir in a region of a passage opening. One of the screws is designed as a conveyor brush. The brush meshes with the conveyor screws. The drive motor comprises a drive shaft, which is connected by a releasable clutch with a driven shaft. The flour reservoir is removable. The apparatus further comprises a control device to control the drive motor such that a reversal of the direction of conveyance by the conveying device is caused according to given time intervals.
