Use of a system made of peroxocarboxylic-donating substance and metal-modified polyhedral oligosilsesquioxanes (I)-(IV) under perhydrolysis conditions, as an activator for inorganic peroxygen compounds in oxidizing-, washing-, cleaning- or disinfecting-solutions, is claimed.
