The arrangement (6) has a control throttle (42) provided with a valve body (70) whose front face (74) is attached downstream of first metering orifice (30) along opening direction. A rear face (68) of the valve body of the first control throttle is located along closing direction with control pressure or tired load pressure. An outlet flow path is formed from first working port (a) to a pressure medium sink (T) and located above the control throttle. A pressure unit is placed above a hydro pump (4).
