The washer (4) has a radially extending area designed as a spring area (12) between inner diameter (10) and outer diameter (8) of the washer. Another radially extending area is designed as an impact area (14). A holding pin (6) is formed on a side of the washer and designed such that the pin is engaged into a recess of a disk set, where the disk set is formed on a motor shaft. The pin is symmetrically arranged along a circular line, and a measuring recess (9) is formed at the outer diameter, where the washer is clamped on the motor shaft with a pressing ring.
