The circuit board is more elastically deformable opposite to a residual circuit board (22). The electronic components are connected with a cooling body by using a connector (6). A heat conducting and electrical isolating heat transfer element is arranged between the electronic components and the cooling body. The cooling body is formed as support and/or housing portion for the circuit board.
