The pulsating machine has a vehicle battery (B) whose poles are connected with an electronic system (AS). The electronic system applies the desulphation pulses to the vehicle battery to block the application of the current voltage pulses by a serving circuit carried out in provided vehicle. The electronic system is connected to the vehicle battery over a duration pulse (DP). The electronic system controls the drive of a brushless direct current (DC) motor (BLDC) and radiator fan (KV) at pulsing power-output stages.
