The element has a plate element (10) provided with front and back sides, and grooves arranged in front side or back side of the plate element for retaining a heating pipeline (15). A valve is arranged at a rear profile with an undercut for engaging with a fixed wall (1, 2) corresponding to hooks and wind side profiles. The rear profile includes two legs, which form an L-shaped cross section and the rear profile is fixed to a back of the plate element, so that one of the legs is parallely arranged to the rear profile, and the other leg is normally arranged to the rear profile. The plate element and the rear profile are made from same material e.g. gypsum fiber or gypsum cardboard.
