The apparatus (10) has a housing (12) for attachment to a combustion engine, where the housing comprises a hole (18) with a movable pressure spring (20). The spring releases a disengaging force that allows a piston (22) to act on a traction unit. An actuated clamping device (32) is provided for confinement of backstroke movement of the piston. The actuated clamping device is provided in a form of a connection plate. The housing comprises a flare (30) for receiving the clamping device. A damping element (34) is arranged between the clamping device and the housing.
