The assembly has a first and second bolt carrying walls (1, 2), which are made of a metal sheet material and provided with radially extending ring portions (1r, 2r) and axial bar segments (1s, 2s) protruded from window portions (F). The axial bar segments are turned with each other with respect to alignment of the bolt carrying walls. The axial bar segments are welded with each other by forming weld seam segments (W12) between the axial bar segments. The weld seam segments are designed as electron beam weld seams and friction weld seams.
