The element (7) has a plastic body i.e. hollow body, including a plastic matrix (15) made of an elastically or plastically deformable plastic. Reinforcing fibers (16) and/or reinforcing fiber structures are aligned or adapted in a first switching position of the body such that maximum reaction force (FR) is caused opposite to an operating direction (8) of pushing force (FA). The reinforcing fibers and/or fiber structures are deflected in a second switching position of the body for partially reducing reaction force from the operating direction of the pushing force.
