The feedthrough/outlet (10) has a base body (1) including a rectangular opening (1c), through which a cable is conducted. A cover (2) closes the opening in area by area. The base body and/or the cover includes magnets (9) e.g. dipole magnets, by which the cover is connected with the base body and/or positioned relative to the opening. The base body and/or the cover include a ball-like body (9a) made of a magnetic material, where the body is attracted by the magnets. The magnets and the body are mutually attracted or pushed away according to an orientation of a magnet pole.
