A blowing body is made from plastic or rubber material, and air inlets (7) are formed as undefined openings, where the component is attached at a front side of a vehicle between a lower edge of the windscreen and a lower edge (9) of a bumper (8). A fastening system (2) is flexibly selected with respect to length and direction. A barbed hook is formed at an end of a belt.
