The camshaft adjusting device has a shifting gate (10), which has two partially integrally formed connecting link paths (12,13) for axial connection of an axially movable cam element (11). The switching pins (14,15) are uniquely assigned independently of a rotational direction of the cam element during the engagement in one connecting link path corresponding to the connecting link paths.
