The invention proposes numerous aspects for improving energy storage houses or conventional houses. In particular, a method for the continuous generation of electricity is presented. With the generated electricity, for example, an arrangement of heat pumps can be operated, the coefficient of performance of which even increases as the outside temperature drops. The proposed system is therefore able to use the available, scarce resources in a simple manner and, with a suitable design, make a building independent of externally supplied energy. For the residents of such a house, not only is it extremely cost-effective to run, but health aspects are also taken into account.
