The arrangement (1) has components (2, 3), and a through hole (4) defined in an axial direction (A). A casing element is conically tapered from the components, and a functional element i.e. bolt, is pushed into the casing element. Axial end sections of the functional element project outwardly from the components, respectively. One of the end sections is designed as a fastening section for fastening the functional element and the components to an external component. Another end section presses the casing element radially outward in an area projecting from one of the components. The casing element and/or functional element is made from electrically non-conducting material i.e. plastic.
