A valve element (24) is connected with a spindle (23), and is movably arranged on the valve seat. A bellows element (28) is connected with the valve housing by a connecting geometry, and is used to operate the spindle. The valve seat comprises an insert assembly (6) that is arranged between the inlet and the outlet, such that the insert and the spindle are inserted from the same side into the valve housing.
