A cylindrical housing (1) receives a nozzle plate (2) and a perforated plate (3), in which the nozzle plate has several nozzle openings (6). A filter chamber (9) receives a filter element (10). A dispensing orifice (11) formed in the perforated plate is connected with the nozzle openings in the nozzle plate. The plates form a sealed parting line (7) having several star-shaped radial grooves (8) such that the orifice opens centrally to the parting line, while the grooves have an end (12) opening into the orifice and the opposite end (13) opening into one of the nozzle openings.
