The wave front manipulator (1) comprises a first optical component (7) and a second optical component (9), which are arranged one behind the other along the optical axis (OA) and are movable relative to each other. The optical components have an optical surface formed as a free-form surface (11) with a refractive or diffractive free-form profile. The optical components are arranged movably relative to each other, opposing the optical axis and are rotatable along the vertical axis of rotation (DA).
