The present invention relates to a method and a measuring device (1) for measurement of a testpiece with in the measuring device (1) and light section sensors, wherein during the measurement by means of references in the unit under test or reference marker in addition to the unit under test which, in a common measurement detection range of the light section sensor from a first and a second position are arranged, a calibration of the image data is. For a reduction of the speckles or interferences, which on reflective surfaces are produced by laser light, the respective light section planes of the respective position with at least one first and a different, second light beams is produced, whose respective first and second raw image data are computed by an algorithm to respective resulting image data, wherein speckles are significantly reduced.
