The device has clamping portions (11, 21) and pressing portions (12, 22) provided at sides of a joint portion (P) of first and second legs (1, 2). A spring is supported at the pressing portions with respect to ends of the legs when the clamping portions are held in a closed state. The clamping portions of the first leg are provided with a clamping area (13) for oil tube with different widths and different diameters. A shut-off element (3) is provided at the clamping portion of the second leg for closing the tube clamped in the clamping area when the clamping portions are closed.
