The transmitting device (1) has flexible and rod shaped fixing elements (12) arranged at lateral side of the device. A transmission module (11) and a sensing unit (10) are centrally located on the fixing elements, which comprise a longitudinal device for providing a longitudinal displacement of the fixing elements. Free ends of the fixing elements comprise a support element and an adjusting element such that the free ends are joined together.
