The valve has an annular filter chamber (11) with an outer chamber wall (111) and an inner chamber wall (112) whose inflow side is provided with a fluid inlet (14) and outflow side is provided with a fluid measuring aperture (15). The filter chamber has a filter (24) with a hollow cylindrical filter portion (25). The filter portion has radial distance from the outer chamber wall located at outer upstream side, lies at radial distance to the inner chamber wall at the inlet side and downstream end of the upstream sides with known annular outflow for fluid.
