The kit (10) has a prefabricated wall element (12) that is integrated with a continuous shaft (14) by abutting side edge portions (28) of the wall elements. The ceiling side portion (24) extends into the continuous shaft from the bottom side portion (22) of the wall element. The inner and outer portions of the wall elements are provided with a bottom-side slot opening (18) and closable landing entrance (26).
