The module has a connectable port arranged at a channel portion of a degassing channel and fluidically connected with a degassing aperture (5). The degassing channel is arranged at a battery cell (1) such that a casing section (4) is partly engaged with the channel portion. The casing section is centrally arranged at a lid (6) of housing (3). The casing section and the lid are formed from a common blank by forming process. The degassing channel is made of metal, plastic and composite material. The casing section is electrically insulated in relation to the channel portion.
