The shroud has a receiving chamber (1) totally or partly filled with an encapsulation material (26). The receiving chamber encloses an electrical cell connection (2), which includes a copper electrode (3), an aluminum electrode (4) and a cell connector (5), in an airtight manner. The encapsulation material comprises a mixture of calcium lithium soap grease and non-metallic powder such as silicon dioxide. An aperture (9) is formed corresponding to the copper electrode in a ceiling (8) of the receiving chamber. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a stacked accumulator module using a shroud (2) a method for stacking lithium ion accumulator modules including multiple accumulator cells.
