The device comprises two different, interchangeable cleaning modules (11) that are releasably coupled with an elongated module carrier (13). Each cleaning module comprises two parallely oriented brush rollers (27) which are rotatably mounted on an elongated roller carrier (25) and whose axes of rotation (R) extending perpendicularly extend to the roller carrier. The brush rollers of the cleaning module are arranged at the roller carrier such that the distances of the brush rollers are changed along the roller carrier.
