The cell (1) has light source arranged opposite to window layer (2). The width of 10-300 nm, length of 10-300 nm and height of 20-100 nm are set to geometrical nanostructures (3,3') of window layer. The height of geometric nanostructures is less than thickness of window layer. The metamaterial layer (5) is provided average refractive index in the range of 2.3-3.0. The refractive index of anti-reflective layer (4) is smaller than refractive index of window layer. The refractive index of anti-reflection layer (7) is smaller than refractive index of anti-reflective layer (4). An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing solar cell.
