A yellow adhesive paper is punched by cutting tool so that its sides and backing paper are partially cut (Step 1). An insulating disc is punched by second cutting tool to obtain first through hole and first fold line (Step 3). A metal sheet is punched so as to obtain second through hole and second fold line corresponding to first through hole and fold line. The insulating disc and sheet are punched by third metal tool to obtain semi-finished products (Step 6) which are punched with fourth metal tool such that it is folded along fold lines to form final product (Step 7).
