The device has multiple rolls containing a heat roller and stretching multiple filament yarns. An expansion unit is arranged around the filament yarns, which are formed by filaments to-be-widen before filament threads are wrapped on the heat roller. A nib width regulating part prevents expansion of width of a thread by the expansion unit. A guide is provided with concave sections in which the filament yarns are positioned. The concave sections extend parallel to a bottom wall and extend along rotational axis of the roller.
