The device (1) has a driving unit for driving male and female ear tag parts under control of a control unit during a working stroke, so that a male part (2) is penetrated at the male ear tag part from a side of an outer ear, which is penetrated at another side of the outer ear and secured by a collecting part of the female ear tag part. The driving unit of a processing module comprises drive cylinders (13, 14), which are provided in the male and female ear tag parts under control of the control unit during working stroke, where the ear tag parts are arranged relative each other.
