Access device for lung nodes and method of use

In certain embodiments, a device is configured to be delivered to the site of a nodule in the lung or other body organ or lumen. The device may be configured to attach directly to the target node or to tissue adjacent to the target node. The device may be configured to provide repeatable access to the location of the destination node. In some embodiments, the device includes a guidewire that may extend proximally of the device. The guidewire may be configured to engage a catheter or other medical device to provide repeatable and reliable navigation to the site of the target node.
