The device (1) has a positioning device (6) i.e. cup spring (8), tiltable fastened over a bearing device (9) at housing (13). The positioning device is fastened at the bearing device for causing axial movement of a pressing plate (5). A compensation unit (14) i.e. servo spring, is arranged between the housing and positioning device, and stands in force-transferring contact with the housing and positioning device. The compensation unit is arranged in such a manner that the compensation unit loads on compression when tilting the positioning device. The compensation unit is made of a resilient material that is selected from a plastic material, an elastomer material and/or silicone rubber material.
