The present invention relates to a comb (2a, 2b, 6a, 6b) intended to cooperate with a press roll (1a, 1b, 1c) of a mill for the extraction of sugar cane juice from a layer of product, the comb (2a, 2b, 6a, 6b) comprising a set of teeth (16) aligned on a same axis and designed to mate with the toothed profile (5a, 5b, 5c) of the pressing roller (1a, 1b, 1c) so as to avoid any leakage of bagasse and clean the teeth (14) of the pressing roller (1a, 1b, 1c), characterized in that said comb (2a, 2b, 6a, 6b) comprises several assemblies under - independent of each other, each in - combination with at least one tooth, each in - assembly being handled and adapted to be assembled in a removable manner on a support of the comb (2a, 2b, 6a, 6b), said under - assemblies being able to cooperate in order to obtain said set of teeth of said comb (2a, 2b, 6a, 6b).
