Oil-in-water emulsion comprises, in a medium, (a) at least one dispersing continuous aqueous phase, (b) at least one dispersed discontinuous oily phase, (c) at least one photoprotector system able to filter UV radiation, (d) at least one hydrophobic polymer of at least one vinyl monomer, where the polymer has a glass transition temperature of below 10[deg] C, (e) at least one nonionic surfactant mixture comprising (i) at least one ester of polyol and fatty acid and (ii) at least one polyalkylene glycol ester, and (f) at least one ionic water-oil emulsifier.
