The device has a display unit (101) i.e. touch-screen, a physical authentication unit or a chip card reader (102), and a navigation button (103) for input of user data such as validation parameters. An operating system is provided with a user authentication module that is utilized for checking an identity of a user for labeling an XML file. A file certification module is arranged with a filtering module that is provided with a labellizer. A physical exchanger and storage zone is arranged with display software for displaying contents of the file. An independent claim is also included for a method for labeling an XML file of a user.
