The installation has a meteorological station surface (1) that is equipped with a gas collection chamber. Three collection probes (2-4) are arranged at different depths on the ground. A measuring unit is utilized for measuring carbon monoxide, nitrogen, and oxygen at the different depths on the ground. A carbon monoxide concentration measuring unit is utilized for measurement of carbon monoxide concentration in content collected in the chamber. A water saturation measuring unit is utilized for measuring water saturation at different depths on the ground. An independent claim is also included for a method for application of an installation for analysis and determination of carbon dioxide flow.
