The stick (2) has a section (4) whose connection end (4b) is equipped with a male locking element. An end piece of a sleeve (16) is equipped with an elastically deformable female locking element. The female element cooperates with the male element of complementary form to allow locking in a use position when pressure force is exerted between the section and another section (6), and to allow unlocking from the use position when traction force is exerted between the sections. Values of pressure and traction forces are greater than predetermined values, respectively.
