The engine has plates (4, 11) fixed or moved during engine movement initialization, and pump shaped cylinders arranged with respect to four operations of the engine including intake, compression, combustion and exhaust operations. Positive inertia is provided to a pump with free blades so as to allow the pump to perform strong combustion against a chamber to provide movement for enabling the exhaust or intake operation in opposition. The blades comprise a rotor associated with two shafts and a housing form a stator or a reference movement object.
