The garment has two handles (2), where each handle comprises an arm portion (3) and a forearm part (4). The forearm part includes a distal extension (6) arranged to allow partial overlap of a hand of a wearer. The distal extension comprises a longitudinal slit (9) provided with a reversible closure unit (10) and a side port (8). The forearm part allows a fold flat position in reverse on the arm portion when the slit is opened. An attachment unit is arranged on the arm portion to allow engagement of an opening on the attachment unit when the forearm part is in the folded position. The handles are made out of extensible material. The longitudinal slit is zipper (RTM: Slide fastener).
