The method involves generating bi-phonic sounds that create differential waves, where the sounds are audible and perceptible by an individual. Transcutaneous mechanical vibrations of a vibration device in contact with a portion of an individual body are generated. Sound waves and tactile vibrations are bound and conceived so as to carry out a resonance phenomenon among the sound waves, the tactile vibrations and a user. Bi-phonic waves are comprised of two sound waves of different frequencies, which diffuse with right ear and left ear of the user. An independent claim is also included for a device for activation and sensory stimulation of an individual.
