The device has a processor that is arranged for implementing a processing of data, and for identifying conditions for acceptable dynamic parameters of an actuator. The conditions are identified according to dynamic requirements requested from the actuator for a given control law. The processor is arranged to translate the dynamic requirements requested from the actuator into conditions for acceptable dynamic parameters of the actuator. A transfer function is provided for the actuator.
