The device (D) has an antenna (AN) for emitting first signals in a form of waves into a main radio coverage area (Z1) including a part of an electric cable (CE), and/or for receiving second signals in the form of waves to transform the second signal into third signals. A black box (BE) generates the first signals and/or receives the third signals. Connection units (L1, L2) transfer the first and third signals between the black box and the antenna. A part of the connection unit induces a radiation of the first signals and/or a collection of the second signals with the electric cable.
