The holder (1) has a support (2) with a hooking unit (3) e.g. plate, for hooking onto one edge of a screen of a computer i.e. laptop. The support is arranged with four main cutting edges, where each cutting edge is articulated around a set of rivets (25a-25d) so as to form a deformable square quadrilateral with an upper blade (21), a lower blade (22), left blade (23a) and right blade (23b). The support occupies an unfolded position in which the blades form the quadrilateral with right angles, and a folded-up position in which blades are placed in parallel or approximately parallel.
