The device has a frame fixed with fabric (2). The frame includes flexible stems encased one into another, where the device is fixed to a parasol in a reversible manner by using a fastener system. The fastener system is fixed at top of the parasol. The attachment system includes rubber (5) in which a double knotted cord (6) is passed. A snap hook (7) is positioned at different levels of the double knotted cord.
