The parasol has an upper part including a flexible fabric, which is covered with a set of solar collectors. The solar collectors are fixed with each other by an adhesive. A set of ventilator units are integrated in underside of the fabric, and is placed in center of the parasol, so that the fabric is folded up on its external part using folding blades of the units in order to limit windage when the parasol is not in use. A battery pack (9) is integrated in a lower part of the parasol and connected to an energy input portion by the collectors.
