The water-heater (10) has a cylindrical tank (11) provided with a heat pump (14) that includes a refrigerant circuit (15) traversed by a refrigerant. The circuit traverses a metal condenser (16) located inside the tank. The circuit includes an electric insulation unit in upstream and downstream of the condenser to insulate the condenser with respect to rest portion of the circuit. The electric insulation unit comprises a dielectric sleeve connecting the condenser to rest portion of the circuit. The sleeve has a central tubular part connected to ends of a tube and made of dielectric material.
