The system has an aspiration unit designed to aspire hot and foul air of a room and to aspire fresh air and to drive back the fresh air in the room. A plate heat exchanger (20) exchanges heat between the hot air and the fresh air. A drum filter (40) for filtering foul air comprises a filtering medium, and a panel filter (60) comprises another filtering medium. The panel filter is located upstream of the exchanger, and the drum filter is located upstream of the panel filter. The latter filtering medium is designed to stop particles that are finer than that of the former filtering medium.
