The exchanger (10) has a heat exchange element (14) sub-divided into two distribution elements (D1, D2). A fluid chamber outlet (16) is arranged at an outlet of the heat exchange element and sub-divided into two collecting elements (E1, E2). The distribution elements direct a cooling liquid (LR) and a refrigerant fluid (FF) towards the two collecting elements and through two parts (P1, P2) of the heat exchange elements and are crossed by two air flows (F1, F2), respectively, where the air flows are distinct from each other, and the two parts are distinct from each other. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for a car.
